We recently changed our daughters nursery after having quite an uneasy start elsewhere to Tot spot day nursery, which was quite a vulnerable time for us and our daughter who is very shy, not the best at changing environments and very slow to warm up. From her settling in sessions to her first day the nursery staff had our feelings at best interest, they kept us up to date throughout the day with updates and photos which instantly made us feel at ease. My daughter has now fully settled into nursery and has amazing bonds with all of the staff in her room, each staff member has taken their time to get to know our daughter and made her feel comfortable enough to be her crazy self every single day and comes home bouncing with energy and tells us all about what she has done!
