Evening delivery in Brighouse

“I rang as soon as they opened (5pm) and requested a delivery for 7pm. 7.45 came and no sign of the delivery, setting off now the girl said, 8.15 still no delivery so I rang again to be told they were setting off in 5 minutes, at that point I said to cancel the order as it was too late. There was a knock at the door and there was our order. I have to say the food was absolutely delicious. They had my number and if they had rung and apologised and explained the driver was running late it wouldn’t have been so bad, it’s the fact they lied and said the driver had set off etc. I am not sure I would risk ordering again because it took way long to come.”
