I had no idea what to expect or if it would work? I was quite embarrassed by all this as I've never needed counselling before but I was made to feel at ease and actually looked forward to the sessions. I can't explain what I went through after the accident or how EMDR works but the effects were pretty amazing. I cannot thank this guy enough for what he did.”
