“I’ve always been to an ear specialist since been young and 2 years ago was diagnosed with an acoustic neuroma! John explained more than the surgeon did and I had such an intense thorough assessment. John has so much experience. The up to date equipment he has to test every area of the vestibular system is un real. The exercises I’ve done at home in between visits have had a huge impact on my recovery. John has great communication methods, any questions or concerns I just email straight away and he always replies. It’s been 3 months since surgery and I literally can’t thank John enough!! He’s really helped me feel normal again and supported me in accepting I won’t necessarily be 100% perfect but we will do everything possible to get their. Thankyou John from the bottom of my heart !
