We have always found the staff very helpful, dealing with any of our problems or enquiries with great timing and efficiency. We mainly speak to Amanda who is always fabulous, very personable and friendly! In the past Louise has helped us greatly, even working when she has clocked off to offer us solutions and guidance. Overall our experience has been very positive. After having problems with private landlords in the past, we are very glad we have Whitegates on our side and know we are in safe hands. “Been here a few times since it opened and it's always been a quick and friendly service. Most recently was yesterday where, in spite of my terrible description of the part I was after (which in my defence I'm not 100% confident exists) they were able to work something out and find something online, even if it did mean having to tell me I'd be better off at a competitor (begins with H and mainly does automotive parts). I'm having a bit of trouble getting that other company to take my money at the moment but that's by the by!”

“I went with my kids the other day to have pizzas at this restaurant. The staff were super nice, my little one needed to use the toilet and they had no problem in letting him using the staff toilet.
