My dog really struggles having his claws trimmed and you were really helpful and caring towards him. He gets very stressed easily and you kept him at mostly at ease. He got a new toy and has forgotten all about it now. Hopefully next time will be easier for us all but I am confident he is in safe hands. This company only want to do what’s best for pets and their families, they have never advised a test “just because” for profit, only for the animal’s benefit. Whether it’s a check over or an emergency they’ve always been 100%, and we have had a couple of emergencies - including a house fire where the pets involved needed an urgent check up and were seen almost immediately.
