Collected my van today. Totally professional. Did my glow plugs, fixed broken washer pipes, new suspension bushes and a suspension dust cap, then MOT'd my van. Really good value and to be trusted. “My GT4 needed a thorough clean/valet after a 2000 mile road trip across France in some pretty foul weather. Lots of mud outside and inside! I engaged with Kamil over email and he was always responsive, informative, very knowledgeable, and polite. I took the car into the VRS studio for a decontamination wash and interior clean, at a reasonable price for the car size. Kamil was running a little bit late to open up due to Brighton traffic (which can be terrible) and he let me know this via a text message. I'm very pleased with the outcome of the services performed, the car looks fantastic and has been put into winter storage. Next year, I'll look to some sort of coating with Kamil, as very happy with what he's done so far. Recommended.”

“Popped in to get my air con checked after being told by a national chain garage it was booked in with that they could not do it as it had the newer type gas and not the older type as stated when online booking. Now waiting for my refund. Arrived at C R Allen and the service was great, came straight out and had a look to confirm it was the old type gas which was great as it's cheaper. They then said they had a slot to be able to do it for me straight away. Told me the price and also advised having the pollen filter changed as it had not been done in the last 12 months. Price agreed and the van went straight in. Drove away an hour later all nice and chilled with my air con working. Happy to recommend.”
