“We were lucky enough to eat as guests in the Over Wallop restaurant at Glyndebourne last week, during a performance of the Magic Flute (sublime singing and music!), and thought the food the best we have ever had there. We had the Sussex asparagus starter, followed by the Cumbrian lamb (cooked to perfection and the depth of flavour in the jus was simply superb), with the coffee mousse to finish. All the dishes were absolutely delicious and we could not find a single fault. Well done to Steve Groves and his brilliant team.
