“The best physio in UK. If you don't believe me, try getting an appointment? Update: still the best!”
“Absolutely fantastic club. Warm and friendly atmosphere led by an amazing, professional head instructor who has a deep understanding of all aspects of Kung Fu. Amongst other things, lessons include: Kicking, striking, grappling, self-defence, traditonal Chinese weapons, forms, Tai Chi, Dog Boxing, conditioning, strength, fitness and meditation.”
“Graham's class is great, one of the best martial arts classes I've been to. It takes the best parts of various martial arts, blends them together, and then trains them in a safe and effective way. Graham is a good instructor with a great depth of knowledge, and can always see and explain ways to help you improve in manageable steps. I often feel as if I have found a little treasure on a Wednesday evening that not many have discovered. Perhaps that will soon change.”
“My son has been doing the after school Karate training at Balfour and training at Moulsecoomb Leisure centre on sat and he loves it. Excellent instructors and well run business. Keep up the great work guys!”
