“How many Halfords employees does it take to change a lightbulb? 2 apparently; one grumpy old man to tell you not to park your car in a fitting bay (at the time you have booked) only to have to move it immediately back there after moving it elsewhere and then to tell you they can't change the headlamp bulb on your car even though you tell them you have seen it done before without taking the whole headlamp unit out and then the 18 year old who apparently knows nothing to do it in a matter of seconds. The 5 stars are for the young lad who was very polite with a great customer manner and an extra bonus 0 stars were awarded for the grumpy git (If he wasn't just having an off day please let the young lad give him a bit of training).”

“Came in on a one off to discuss paddleboarding and wetsuits. The gent that served us was very knowledgeable, with being slightly broader in the shoulders ive struggled to find a wetsuit that fit well. He talked us through options and found one that fits perfectly. Highly recommend talking to them if you are looking to get into paddleboarding and not sure where to begin”

“Edit - I'm changing my review for the moment as the owner personally emailed me about the issue, which is impressive to be honest. If they follow through on providing credit monitoring then I'll keep it at 5*. The machine itself is genuinely good, but the data breach left me rattled. Old review: Just got an email from them stating that my personal info and credit card details have been stolen from their system. Absolutely furious. The equipment is good. But that really doesn't matter at this point.”

“Fantastic place and very helpful staff. Booked a club fit and turned up early to have a look round as a beginner. It's been over 20 years since I picked up a golf club and was extremely nervous. Stuart made me feel at ease and after half hour had improved my posture and my swing so I was making better connection. Sent away with some great tips to cary on with my journey. A huge thank you to everyone who was there today, you all made me feel relaxed and gave me the inspiration I needed to know I can do this.”

“Good variety of items. Been here many times over the years. Clothes and trainers are good wearing. Always like the various toys and sweets in stock. Store is well laid out, clean and tidy when I last went in there. Parking close by can be a bit of an issue being located on Shoreham high street.”
