Ken James TAGB Tae Kwon Do club, also known as Lewes Taekwondo, is a cornerstone of the martial arts community in Lewes. Operating out of Southover School, the club provides a nurturing environment for students to grow and excel. They offer comprehensive Taekwondo training that balances fun, inclusive activities with serious martial arts discipline. Specialized self-defense classes are available, specifically designed to help teenagers and young adults build confidence and strength.
