Nick explained everything in detail and gave us our options and his evaluation and advised next steps. Very professional ans friendly service from the moment we walked in through the door and then met with 2 students vets who did the initial assessment and fussed our dogs, and then handed over to Nick, the specialist. Can't fault a thing and we really appreciate the openness and great advice. We would not hesitate to take our girls back in the future”
