“Took my car here today to have discs, pads and matter sensor fitted. I called on Tuesday to get the car booked in after my local garage refused to do the Matter sensor and told me they use HBH. Asked on Tuesday if they could get me in today (Thursday) to get the work done. They provided me with an estimated cost to carry out the work during this call. Dropped the car off this morning and was told I would receive a call when the car was ready to collect, sure enough I received a call as promised, with all work carried out to a very high standard. Having spoke to 2 gentlemen who work there this afternoon it’s clear to see their passion for their work and their knowledge, I also believe I have found my new go to garage for any other work I may need doing to my current car. I have now had multiple jobs done by Chris, all to an excellent standard. He has replaced timing gear, fixed rear suspension and diagnosed and fixed a bug in the alarm system, all in good time and with excellent communication. Although I live in Worcestershire, (130mile+ round trip from Caerphilly) I will happily travel back to Chris for all significant work on my Saab in future.”
