Being a person who doesn’t go to spas, salons & hairdressers etc I always feel abit out of place when I do go but I didn’t feel that once during my visit at The Spa. My therapist, Jenna made the whole experience 5 stars. I booked the Spa Starter which includes a Back Massage, Facial & either a Manicure or Pedicure. Before starting the back massage, Jenna asked about any problem areas and pressure and then checked in again once she started which was ideal. The facial was one of the best I’ve ever had and I went into having my manicure SO relaxed. It was really lovely to have the same therapist do all my treatments as I felt really well looked after and didn’t feel rushed or passed from pillar to post. Jenna was so friendly and is a great asset to the team. I’d highly recommend and I can’t wait to book in again.”

“Having just moved to the area I always find it nerve wracking trying a new hairdresser but Katie at Saks was wonderful! She listened to what I asked for and was happy to accommodate my wishes to use certain products. Being curly, I often find my hair is cut to be worn straight which I hate because I never straighten it. It was cut wet and styled naturally curly leaving me a very happy customer! Looking forward to using this salon again.”

“I've been coming to Cabello now for about two years!! I had been with the same hair dresser for around 10 years prior to using Cabello but my stylist moved to London. I was very dubious about having a new stylist as I'm VERY fussy when it comes to my hair. Cabello was a recommendation from quite a few people so I booked in with the owner Tracey I can honestly say every time I've been here I've loved my hair!! Not once have I had an issue. The staff are lovey and make you feel very welcome. Tracey always cuts and colours my hair she's fab and I wouldn't go anywhere else now. I would 100% recommend this salon!!”
