“After wasting 12 months with first of all a solicitors in Derby and then a level 3 imigration Advisor off the .gov website which is also regulated by the oisc ( Ombudsman for imigration services commission ) but is an absolutel waste of time ,as the imigration Advisor failed to correctly file all the paperwork for the visa and when it was refused because of this wrongly advised me to appeal the decision. The only reason i found this out was because I consulted my MP who contacted the Home office and because i saw Rashid Uzzman on the internet phoned for advice regarding what i had been told by my MP from the Home office . Within 2 minutes of talking to Mr Uzzman he had explained to me why the visa had been refused and advised me of the way forward. He invited me to his office for a free consultation which i attended, he put me at ease with his Professionalism and wealth of knowledge a different level of expertise to what i had already experienced. He quoted cheaper than the previous solicitor and imigration Advisor, even though he had to contend with the mess of paperwork he had been given. Within 8 weeks my Filipino Fiancee was with me in the UK. Rashid also completed the BRP successfully for my Fiancee. We honestly can't thank Rashid Uzzman enough . We are so happy with the way everything was done ,that i have now requested Rashid to sort the Schengen visa for our Honeymoon.
