“I have followed Cathy from Leith and she has done my nails now for 5 years . The salon in Musselburgh is clean and professional and both Robin and Cathy are polite and really helpful. The standard of nails is terrific! I’m such a perfectionist and cannot fault the standard. I also have pedicures and shellac on my toenails - the toe nails last for ages. They have a really wide variety of colours and are up to date with all the techniques. The prices are reasonable and I get a discount card with monies off after a certain amount of visits . No complaints and for me that’s saying something!!!! Susie x”

“After a disappointing first visit I returned to Medusa where Linda had arranged for Leanne to colour my hair. Leanne understood what I wanted and took time to explore all the options. She paid great attention to detail and I'm really happy with the result. I had previously given this salon 1 star but it truly does deserve a 5 star review. Really good customer service shown and all the staff are lovely. There is a great atmosphere in this salon, and good coffee too!”

“Most of the staff are friendly. They listen to your requirements carefully. They may also suggest additional services, but it's totally up to you. The haircut, beard styling, ear wax for hair removal, eyebrow cut, and hair styling services are reasonably priced. It is not the best place to go on a busy day, as the staff tend to hurry up a lot. I would strongly recommend service of Sameer and Alan. They are skillful and polite. There is a new Indian guy (one with specs) who is terrible with service and awfully rude. Avoid him at all costs!”

“Went for a Spa Day for 2 with a Virgin Experience voucher. Staff very friendly, nice changing rooms and facilities, great pool with saunas and jacuzzies. Had wonderful treatments from Claire and Amanda and enjoyed the relaxation room afterwards. Would definitely recommend.”

“Yesterday was the first time I had step foot in a salon for years and I couldn’t have asked for a better experience at beauty to perfection. All the staff were so friendly and kind. Kirsty who did my hair was so professional with me, giving me all this advice, she made me feel really at ease and comfortable. She totally transformed my hair. The salon is so beautiful inside as well. I couldn’t recommend this salon enough !! I have definitely found the place I will keep going back to from now on ❤️”
