The team are lovely, welcoming, chatty and efficient. When covid restrictions have placed extra strain they have been friendly and apologetic in their communication. I very much enjoy using the salon and feel like it's money well spent for all of us.”

“After a disappointing first visit I returned to Medusa where Linda had arranged for Leanne to colour my hair. Leanne understood what I wanted and took time to explore all the options. She paid great attention to detail and I'm really happy with the result. I had previously given this salon 1 star but it truly does deserve a 5 star review. Really good customer service shown and all the staff are lovely. There is a great atmosphere in this salon, and good coffee too!”

“Most of the staff are friendly. They listen to your requirements carefully. They may also suggest additional services, but it's totally up to you. The haircut, beard styling, ear wax for hair removal, eyebrow cut, and hair styling services are reasonably priced. It is not the best place to go on a busy day, as the staff tend to hurry up a lot. I would strongly recommend service of Sameer and Alan. They are skillful and polite. There is a new Indian guy (one with specs) who is terrible with service and awfully rude. Avoid him at all costs!”
