“Contacted West Lothian Drainage Services when we started getting some intermittent 'strange smells' outside the house. It wasn't much to go on but David came round, asked questions, assessed the situation and pinpointed the problem. He got straight to work clearing a completely blocked waste water pipe, then spent time making sure the area was thoroughly cleaned and water running freely.
