But what we also got that we hadn’t expected was absolute flexibility (the kit in Livingstone is highly configurable, so when our specs changed (as they do) we weren’t stuck with standard sized units. Jamie’s design and responsiveness were superb. As we used a fitter he recommended (Wayne Smith, who was fantastic) Jamie and Wayne navigated the job between them such that kit arrived at the times it was needed, and where there were any issues around fit or spec, replacement kit took days not weeks. And the finish is outstanding. Absolutely recommend Haig kitchens.”
