We had a make in mind but after talking to Eddy, he recommended another manufacturer which we went with. So glad we did and even though it took me a few weekends to actually fit it, I think it looks great. Eddy recommended that we didn’t build a frame around the soundbar and I am so glad about that as we can change in future without having to worry about sizes. “Town kitchens have recently completed our beautiful new kitchen. From the first visit to the showroom right until completion things ran like clockwork. With Lesley`s help and guidance we quickly formulated our mood board. Mark was very experienced in creating a new design and layout. The quality of the units and appliances are of a high standard and we are particularly pleased with our Dekton worktops and waterfall side panel feature. All the work was well co-ordinated, with Mark undertaking the fitting, plumbing and additional electrics, to the additional tradesmen; decorators (Darren & team), floor fitter (Steve) and contempo glass design company for the glass splash backs. “We used Magnet at Guiseley for our latest kitchen. As well as suiting our style, they delivered on their promises. It seems commonplace for kitchen manufacturers/suppliers to fail to meet expectations, whether it's problems with, designs, orders, or missing items that take forever to be fulfilled. At Magnet, they accept they're not perfect and said that if we have issues, then they'd do their best to rectify them or help. They were true to their word. Missing inventory or issues with the order were rectified within tight timescales, which meant they never became a problem to the installation process. They were prepared to visit their many local-ish branches to gather needed items and drop them off at their expense. They dealt with imperfect electrical equipment and replaced it without any fuss. Adam is an experienced and competent kitchen designer who guided/influenced our final design. We're very pleased with the end result. We visited recently to enquire whether we could make some alterations to the design. After use, we have come to realise that, to us, drawers are more use than cupboards. We wanted to swap to 900 mm cupboards for 900mm drawers. Adam helpfully ensured it was possible and managed the order in a cost effective way ensuring, whilst still relatively expensive, it was not exorbitant.”

I chose a sofa in store and then customised it by having a bespoke size to exactly fit the space & chose the fabric then added piping! It was ready and delivered so fast! We had a slight misunderstanding on the cushions with the piping and they swapped them over so quickly and without hassle. Ross was quick to come out and provided us with some great design ideas He managed to create us a custom larder, just how we wanted it and was able to add things that your mainstream kitchen companies couldn’t.
