“We had our bathroom entirely re-done by MIA Kitchens and Bathrooms and we could not be happier with the entire work and the result. Piotr and Martyna were both absolutely amazing to do our refurbishment from start to finish. After some discussions and suggestions from them, Martyna produced 3D renders of a few options we had chosen, showing how the bathroom would look like, with the exact design, furniture and decor we had shortlisted. Piotr's work was impressive: his passion and experience in everything, from flooring and tiling to plumbing, electrics, and fixtures, was outstanding. He worked in our relatively small space, keeping everything clean and tidy after every day of work. We were impressed with the precision, accuracy and incredible attention to detail he put in our job, keeping us in the loop, explaining what he was doing, step by step, and asking us to make choices whenever there was an option, down to positioning of hangers and shelves to the millimetre. We were so happy we asked him to replace our kitchen sink and tap afterwards, and of course he did a great job in our kitchen too. We are now planning re-doing the second bathroom with MIA. “My wife and I started our “search” for a new kitchen, visiting some local kitchen suppliers, where we felt we were on a conveyor belt, driven by staff who wanted to get our signature on an order with little or no personal touch. I can hand on heart say this isn’t the way that we were treated on our arrival at The Kitchen Station. We were welcomed into the Kitchen Station by MIchael McMillan, first impressions can make or break a deal and Michael was polite and welcoming and someone who I soon learnt was the font of all knowledge, a man who took pride in his work and the company he worked for. Michael wasn’t pushy, it wasn’t a sales technique but more a true understanding of what a customer who had been walked round the block in previous competitor’s stores needed, time, time to view the products available. When we were ready Michael sat down with us and talked us through the process, no hard sales tactics just a genuine overview. We agreed for Michael to come out and measure up, he was at our home when he said he would be, bang on time. My wife and I arranged to go back to the Kitchen Station and between us we designed a kitchen which was from the Nobillia range which would give us the wow factor that we wanted at a price that was up front with no hidden surprises. Throughout our experience Michael’s communication was top notch, if he wasn’t in store, the rest of the team stepped up to the mark and answered any questions I had, it wasn’t a case of this was Michael’s sale and only he could deal with it, all the staff had a vested interest in us as customers. The kitchen delivery date was worked around our fitters and delivered on the date that we wanted it. The delivery team were polite, courteous and careful! No throwing boxes about, every item was delivered with care continuing that customer care that we had been shown throughout our journey. During the fitting we ran into a problem with one of our appliances, I can’t praise the Kitchen Station enough, they went above and beyond for us, they took ownership of the problem, sourcing a new appliance and delivered it to us within a set timescale, something that in all honesty, they could have washed their hands of as we had purchased the original item independently, but they didn’t because I believe that the customer is at the centre of everything they do. The finished kitchen is spectacular and more than what I envisaged , it has certainly given us the wow factor that we craved. I would highly recommend those who are in search of a kitchen, who are tired of all the nonsense that goes along with some competitors to drop on into the Kitchen Station where you’ll find knowledgeable people who want to do their best by the customer to ensure their needs are met by what my wife and I agree is a fantastic product.”
