After looking to renovate downstairs I made the terrible decision to visit kitchenhaus in nov24 and let them design my new kitchen. Towards the end of the month the design was presented to me and I was happy to go ahead with the job …. A 30% deposit (£5895) was paid to order the kitchen and I was told that would arrive start of the new year. I was then contacted by the fitters who gave me a date that they would be down to do the work needed prior to the kitchen coming They did not arrive on this date After contacting them they then arrived a week later to start prep work which was also unbeknownst to me the same day that the new kitchen was arriving at my property. I kept asking if this was normal that a new kitchen would be delivered before the room was anywhere near ready and they said ‘from time to time it happens and you just have to work around it’ It was at this point I contacted the showroom to raise my concerns that all this kitchen was simply lying about the house opened as work was going on around . The following Monday the plasterer arrived on the job and as soon as he seen the room which was cluttered with the “new kitchen” he walked off the job …. He told me that he had been called to another job but the fitter running the project called me and said he had refused to plaster a room with a new kitchen lying in it as he wasn’t going to be liable for damage … he told me they were trying to source a new plasterer to do the job. At this point I decided enough was enough and told the fitter that i wasn’t at all happy with what was going on and I’d be contacting the showroom and Phil to come and collect the kitchen as I no longer had any confidence in them. Again I received a call from Phil but on this occasion he was argumentative and said I couldn’t cancel the job as this was a bespoke kitchen … he also asked if I could make a payment to him for the work that was already done …. I found this incredible and refused and explained no fitting money would be paid …. Again he promised me that he was currently sourcing another plasterer and any damage or problems that would arise from plastering around a brand new kitchen would be dealt with. The following week the head fitter arrived with this new plasterer and said he would be done in a couple of days He took a fortnight and left what can only be described as the worst plastering job I have ever seen Again I received an almost threatening call from Phil who refused to acknowledge that this was quickly getting worse and worse. I told him the best bet was to come down and see it and that the whole job would need restarted as it would be unthinkable to have a new 20k kitchen in a room that was as badly plastered as it was. He told me the painters were coming next and they might be able to fix it …. Now by fix it he meant cover the entire room in filler and paint over it …. Since this “fix” more cracks have appeared in almost every wall and it’s simply awful looking. Phil came down after the plastering job to see and told me he wouldn’t be paying him due to the state of it … he told me he was embarrassed all this was happening as it was his reputation on the line … he told me let’s get it all done and then I’ll sort you out with some sort of reimbursement for the hassle …. This never happened. He contacted me after the job with a figure he says he spent doing it but it seemed extremely high. The entire job of fitting the kitchen took a total of 9 weeks from the end of Feb 25 during which I had no downstairs of my house and was living in a absolute bomb site and after contacting Phil many many times since he still hasn’t been to even see the issues. .My composite front door was also broken during the job and despite Phil assuring me that this would be paid I am still waiting We are now ten months down the line and Phil hasn’t even bothered to come and see the job …. We all know why …. The only upside is that at least I didn’t buy one of his “high-end” houses. They have left me with no option but to start legal proceedings

Phil and his team at Kutchenhaus managed the design and installation of my kitchen in Glasgow's West End. From the first consultation, they were knowledgeable and professional, with an A-team of tradesmen to get the job done. The quality of the kitchen is far better than others of a similar price point, and it receives endless compliments. It was a really positive end-to-end experience and I highly recommend!

Philip and Tobi were very helpful with our kitchen design and came up with a layout that we are delighted with. They thought about lots of small details that work very well. Krystina helped with the final tweaking when we actually ordered the kitchen a good while later. An all-round great team who delivered a superb design that works exceptionally well and looks great.

Cant recommend Kutchenhaus Glasgow highly enough Phil and Toni done an excellent job with design process and we got exactly what we wished for and the quality of material was superior to the other kitchen companies we visited before Kutchenhaus. The installation went without any hitches and Stewart and his team at WJS Contracts done an amazing job always there and on time when they said they would and worked late when they had to . We are delighted with the final outcome and couldn't have wished for any better just wish it was possible to give Phil and the rest of the team more than the 5 stars a job well done
