“Once Khan brought my car to VAS Motors, I made it home and was informed not long after the cost of repairs and exactly what was being replaced. Unfortunately when we arrived to collect, we were told that there was more damage to additional components under the car. We were given a very accurate quote on the spot and left the car overnight to pick up on Saturday. When I went to pick up on Saturday, they went through everything and made sure I was happy with the repair and service before asking for payment. “Took my BMW in for an intermittent issue with the Power steering several times. The garage took an approximate 10 hours of work time to look into the issue for me and unfortunately couldn't locate the issue. At the end of it, they only charged me for 2 hours labour which was very generous considering the amount of time they spent on my car! They also adjusted my handbrake (which was needed) without asking me or charging me. Very pleasant experience and will definitely be going back for my car needs.”

“Tyre going flat despite being topped up. Went in on a Saturday morning on the off chance of getting it fixed. I was informed that the Mots booked in for that day would make it unlikely that my tyre could be fitted in, and was asked to come back on Monday. Monday morning, tyre unresponsive to any attempts to introduce air. Fitted spare. Went in to DSC on way to work and was shown the reason for no inflation. Ask for a replacement tyre to be fitted and expected to pay the normal price for mid price example. I was called in the afternoon by Jackie to say my tyre was ready. Arrived to find my new tyre balanced etc asked for it to be fitted which was passed on to one of the guys to do. Asked the price……had to sit down for this….not even £100 ……yes, balanced , fitted and a cracker of a tyre….all for under £100. I can see why these people have 5 star reviews…. A gem of a place with excellent staff. 5 stars all round.”
