“I am a new patient at Howden Health Centre, granted it is difficult to get an appointment which i assume is purely down to the number of patients they have ,however i would like to say this. Today I attended an appointment with the Nurse, her name is Shanna, i cannot thank her enough. Shanna is extremely knowledgeable and skilled within her field. Shanna was very thorough with going over my previous blood results and answered any questions i had. Shanna is certainly an asset to this Medical Practice along with being, in my opinion a very valuable member of the NHS. Shanna will go along way , extremely profession and at the same time remains friendly making me feel at ease. Many thanks.”
