“I’ve now visited the Livingston Window to the Womb 3 times this pregnancy and have been so happy with the service here. I’ve always felt incredibly comfortable and well informed by the staff. Janet has done our scan at 7 weeks, 10 weeks and now a gender scan at 16 weeks. As someone who was quite anxious she made me feel at ease straight away and made all 3 experiences enjoyable and reassuring. I’d recommend to everyone I know. The photo quality and videos have all been amazing too and great keepsakes for memories. Thanks again to everyone at the team. I will be back for a 4D scan later in the pregnancy!”

“We have been with Lamond Vets for 3 years now. We joined when our previous vets misdiagnosed the condition of one of our cats which ended up with the partial amputation of his tail. We now have all our three cats registered with Lamond Vets. All three are rescues from the Scottish SPCA. We feel that we have received an excellent level of service by the practice, both vets and nurses. The place is welcoming the moment you step in, with the receptionists always treating you with a smile. We felt we were in good hands when one of our cats had to undergo an operation and treatment, and we were confident to get our third rescue, an older fragile beautiful boy, as we knew that Lamond Vets would have our back. If you live in West Lothian, there is no other place I would recommend for you to take your beloved animals. Basil & Tulay”

“I couldn't ask for more - the vets are helpful, the appointments are easy to schedule, prescriptions are easy to renew. They did emergency surgery on one of my dogs and end of life care on another, explaining every step of the way. I've now said goodbye to two of my dogs and the vets and rest of the staff were kind and understanding. They are doing great work.”

“Always recieve a warm welcome from Heather who always makes you feel at ease and relaxed. Very attentive and understanding as I had a previous bad experience at a Broxburn dentist decades ago and had been really apprehensive about having my teeth examined again. That was 3 years ago and I actually look forward to my visits to the Craigshill Dental Practice. Visited again today for my yearly check up. As Heather was on leave I was seen by Ben. Again as with Heather the service was exceptional as was the greetings and support from from Sophie and Danielle. I cannot recommend the Craigshill Dental Practice highly enough. Exceptional Dentistry and support which is second to none”

“Ordered 2 pairs of glasses but one pair came without reaction lenses I purchased and the other pair could not be adjusted. June the manager was great and arranged for correct lenses to be sent to shop and helped me choose another pair to replace the ones that could not be adjusted. She did this all automatically without being asked. Both pairs of glasses arrived and were perfect. Great customer services, thanks June.”

“I just got out today after nearly a week . The staff/ nurses that look after me were brilliant. I had a really bad time and was ill. The surgeon operated on me 3 times. I was on ward 18 and every single member of staff were brilliant. Really looked after. From the domestic nurses surgeon were all brilliant. Work under so much pressure. Thank you”

“I appreciate the negative reviews and I have read several. I may be fortunate.. But I have used the practice since October 2023 and have found the staff with the odd exception to be really nice and helpful. When dealing with members of the public, it can be a very stressful time - patient and staff members. But when the Scottish Government are attempting to run the NHS with Lemon Money and are delusional in thinking that it does not need Champagne Money - neither wonder the Country is in such a run down state.”

“I was at billy for my dog as she has been taking fits he gave me a month worth of tablets he is the best vetenarian I've ever met he isn't in it for the money he cares emmensly about the animals and there wellbeing ive been coming to billy for a good few years before ive been to a few vets before I started going to billy you can see the other vets were in it for the money the were wanting to do blood test that cost over £200 then the medicine and injection thats without a fee for just seeing my dog it's disgusting what the charge if they were all like billy the veterinary world would be a far better place he is an absolute gentleman knows what he is talking about when you go to Billy's practice it is very homely its got benches for you to sit on its got water outside for the animals when it is raining there are umbrellas outside for everyone so many people go to billy with there pets he is the best I would highly recommend to everyone to go to billy im not sure but I think his son works with him as well he is fantastic as well the two of them are all about the animals not financial gain thanks again billy for seeing mya your a star”

“I started Kuk Sool Won in March as a way to take my mind of the stresses of work. I was quickly made to feel really welcome by everyone especially the instruction team. After a few months I decided to bring my 2 very different kids along which was a great move! They both love it! One is more athletic so loves that element of it while the other is more sensitive who really enjoys learning the techniques and forms. For us it has meant we can all share something positive and we even occasionally have kuk sool play fights so it's been great to bring us together. I struggled to get "the sensitive one" into any activity so the fact that he has taken to Kuk sool has been great from a parents point of view to see the development in him over the past few months has been really positive. I couldn't recommend highly enough from an individual, family or kids perspective there is something for everyone.”

Sadly after a short illness Sweets passed away on 21st June, I can't thank Claire enough for the way she took care to ensure the process was kind and stress free for her and myself.
