    Sally Railley Psychotherapy

“As a young man with good career and happy home, I always thought that I could deal with any issues that life threw at me on my own. However, as the days went on I began to struggle, not really understanding how or what the cause was. That's when I knew I needed help. I reached out to Sally with the hope that somehow she could be the person to help change things and I could not have been happier with the results. Sally is an amazingly friendly, easy to talk to person who ensures that you feel like you are the only client she has. Sally not only helped me find the root cause of my feelings but helped teach me the tools to manage things going forward. If you are like me going through struggles and don't want to go through it alone, you won't regret reaching out to Sally for help . She was there for me step by step through my journey and can be there for you too. Thank you Sally for all your help.”

“I want to provide an honest review, for anyone who may find themselves in a similar position that I did, prior to getting in touch with Isla. I can vaguely recall how uncertain and vulnerable I felt making the first step towards embarking on a therapeutic journey with Isla. However, over a year on and I can honestly say this was the best decision I have ever made. From the initial phone call to the moment you step foot in the door, Isla has a warmth and presence about her that instantly makes you feel welcome and at ease. A counselling session with Isla feels like entering into another reality; where you are able to “just be” completely as you are. Everything you bring to a session is met with empathy, understanding, respect and compassion. Even when faced with life’s most challenging struggles, Isla still has a way of making you feel nurtured, safe and able to carry on. Isla is a truly amazing therapist and someone whom I will feel forever grateful for. Although I cannot possibly put into words how much Isla has helped me, I hope this review provides some insight and comfort for anyone who may be wondering whether to make the first step :)”
