“Went to Halfords to look for a bike for one of my sons. Was helped by a very helpful chap named Brian. After asking us some questions, we settled on a Carrera Crossfire 2. Brian was quite happy to explain the differences between the 3 models. At no point did we feel under any pressure from Brian to make a choice or to hurry up. He was more than happy to answer all our questions. It was a delight being served by Brian. We came back two months later and bought another bike for one of my other sons. I expect to go back and purchase another bike for my daughter soon. Can't thank Brian enough for his assistance and his knowledge is excellent, as is his attitude to customer service.
