“Fantastic gym, great facilities and friendly staff. Special mention to a guy called Ryan who's usually in the changing rooms making sure all the guys are ok. He even offered to spot me in the shower, I'm not sure what that means tbh.”

“The mann family school is a grate place to meet supporting, friendly people who have a grate knowledge of wingchun. The sifu is very friendly, passionate and really wants everyone to learn and do the best they can, and he's a really grate guy. There are many opportunities to attend and experience different seminars with diffrent wingchung practitioners aswell as many training tips abroad. Personly having a few issues recently in life, this has given me something to focus on and help build a solid foundation and to improve my life both mentally and physically. Wish I started this journey years ago. Thankyou to sifu and everyone at the school”

“2 swimming pools,jacuzzi,sauna,steam room and gym. We also had 3 treatments it was one of the best massages weve had.food was very nice.full bar if thats required.beautiful surrounding if you fancy a stroll.”
