My gas boiler was very old and my hot water cylinder was leaking so someone suggested my house was ideal for an air source heat pump as I already had solar and battery storage. I did a lot of research and realised the design and install of a heat pump had to be right for it to work efficiently. I looked on heat geek website and found Elite are an installer and not too far away from where I live and so began the process - I got 3 quotes from different companies and although Elite were not the cheapest I had a lot more confidence that they would do a good job and I am pleased to report that they did an excellent job! The install team turned up on time and finished the job within 3 days and were very professional and did a tidy job- I was very impressed to say the least. James came a couple of days later to finish the commissioning and my house has never felt so warm and comfortable 24/7 and is costing me much less than my gas boiler. If you are looking at upgrading to a heat pump - use Elite - just do not wait until your boiler breaks down as it takes about 10- 12 weeks from start to finish but well worth it!”
