    “I required a number of compression sleeves to treat my Lymphedema. I liaised with the pharmacist Anessa, who liaised with Germany as I required them in a few weeks as I was going on a long trip in Europe. Aneesa did her upmost, but unfortunately they couldn’t be delivered in time. However I received a phoned from Anessa today to say they had arrived after she put on an urgent request. I am absolutely delighted, having the compression sleeves whilst I am away will make a significant difference to my health and well being. Anessa has been absolutely superb, and I am so very grateful.Also I would like to also say all staff at Arc are always friendly and do their very best to help in all situations.”
