“Had an emergency appointment on Saturday- got seen immediately and was diagnosed, given treatment options and had X-rays taken. I trusted the dentist Dr Raza who really did look after me - he talked me through the procedure and it went smoothly with no pain. Dr Raza’s skill set was astonishing for a young dentist. Thank you for looking after me, I know where I’ll go for any future treatment now.”

“One the most helpful and kindest pharmacy I have been I too I literally rang around full Dewsbury and Batley for a medicine which no one stocked except for this pharmacy. They also took time out to help with a form that I can claim back money for the medication. Which ever pharmacy I’ve have been to they always seem to be very rude and do not want give that time and advise to a customer. I felt very welcomed here and I will come here in future even though I live a little far from here.”

“It's very busy and you need to plan ahead as much as possible. There just aren't enough dentists in the country. The reception are friendly and as helpful as they can be. The building is nicely refurbished and clean. The dentists have all been excellent. I recently had a filling redone and didn't sleep the night before due to worry from previous painful experiences (at other practices) the treatments was very efficient, but the dentist took time to make sure there was no pain. I'd really recommend.”

“Arrived at a busy time waiting room was full. after waiting i was taken for triage and then returned to the waiting room.it seems the policy is most urgent first and rightly so I was later treated in full and discharged. It did seem more organized than on my previous visits quite a while ago”

“Attended as a new patient with my son, first thing I noticed the cleanliness of the building, it’s very aesthetically pleasing and the staff at reception were very welcoming. We didn’t wait past our appointment time to be called in and we were seen by a lovely dentist who made both myself and my child very welcome. “Had my implant done only today but the young and extremely lovely lady that made me so comfortable! She knew what she was doing and joked a bit which help a lot. My daughter was allowed only in waiting area, which was amazing as some clinics don’t Ellen allow this! Shame I could not take her with me. Despite me being extremely anxious that I cannot be with my daughter (suffering with severe separation anxiety) I was made feel comfortable and cared for. Booking consultation was amazing and again lovely lady on the line. As done only today, cannot comment much on the pain etc afterwards but that depends person to person.”
