I took delivery on the due date well within the given timescales on a red hot day. I can't fault Bobby's service, a polite phone call early morning to confirm delivery. The politest man you could wish to meet, delighted I'd put the mattress to be taken away in the bag provided when I bought the mattress. Bobby unwrapped the new mattress, and put it on the divan base. He also gave me maintenance information to keep my mattress up to standard. Would I shop at Dreams again? Absolutely!”
