“Went in to pick up some condoms today. Despite being busy the gentleman at the front desk was very friendly and accommodating! All other staff were busy helping others but kept a smile on their faces. The bags were also decorated with hearts for Valentine’s Day which was a nice touch. Overall staff was great and I felt very comfortable.”

“Had my implant done only today but the young and extremely lovely lady that made me so comfortable! She knew what she was doing and joked a bit which help a lot. My daughter was allowed only in waiting area, which was amazing as some clinics don’t Ellen allow this! Shame I could not take her with me. Despite me being extremely anxious that I cannot be with my daughter (suffering with severe separation anxiety) I was made feel comfortable and cared for. Booking consultation was amazing and again lovely lady on the line. As done only today, cannot comment much on the pain etc afterwards but that depends person to person.”
