Having never bought a carpet before Jonny guided us through the whole process, different types etc. and made sure we took the sample books home to ensure we were 100% on our choice. He also came out to double check measurements. We needed the carpet in place before our new sofa came and he managed to fit us in very quickly. The whole process was made really easy and we’re really happy with the end result - would highly recommend to anyone!”

“Toilet started leaking Saturday morning. Arrived at City Plumbing at 11.59am. (Bearing in mind they shut for the week-end at 12.00 noon). The two staff members were at the door ready to leave and lock up. No problem they said....we're here to help. They had to open up the tills to process my purchase. They helped me in my time of need without any signs of displeasure. I can thoroughly recommend this company”
