“Just a general review but I absolutely adore S&J. So friendly, none of the worries that they're talking about you behind your back (which I have experienced at other salons) as the staff just have a giggle with you and usually speak in English for comfort reasons anyway. They're so quick with nails but not careless at all and they're so kind. The nails EAT every single time, they have NEVER failed me. They can do whatever you ask! Recently did my wedding nails and those beauties stayed on for FOUR WEEKS! (Keeping in mind the previous salon I had tried last minute had badly hurt my nails and theirs popped off after a few days). A big point to make is that they're also transparent about pricing - they won't quote you a price and add on little bits at the end which is a big anxiety for me. They're upfront and honest. Michael in particular is very talented. Just a side note - my mum had been going to this salon since they started. She passed away recently and we needed her nails off (for religious reasons) but she could not move - at 11pm Michael came to our home and removed them from my Mum because she had known him since he had started. It's things like this that truly form a community and I cannot recommend these people enough. 10/10 I just can't imagine using anyone else again.”

“I had a massage with Karren at clarins, I went for the tonic massage, I honestly cant thank her enough. She was so professional and welcoming from start to finish. I felt so relaxed , she listened really well to what I needed. Given the nature of my job I had really bad knots in my shoulder and neck and i was in so much pain , however after the massage I felt so relaxed and the pain in my neck and shoulders has reduced significantly. I also had a really good night's sleep which i was struggling to do because of the pain. I am a regular customer at clarins and everyone is really good however I wanted to especially thank Karren for her help! I cant wait to book back in with her.”
