“I took my newly purchased used car here twice. This is my first car, so I was very worried due to my lack of experience. The first time, they checked my car and fixed some minor issues. They also told me, 'It's a good car.' I was so relieved, and so far, I am super happy about it. The second time, they changed my tire and refilled the refrigerant. My air conditioner went from blowing hot air only to chilling my car like the North Pole. The staff also taught me how to do some basic checks and maintenance on my car. The staff is skillful and kind, and the prices are very reasonable. I have no reason not to recommend this garage. See you for my next MOT check.”

“I would firstly like to point out that the review from “AL15MSN” is completely false information and has never visited or had any correspondence with mersey tires. In my experience, mersey tires have been nothing but helpful by performing a diagnostic on a vehicle that I purchased from a fraudulent garage in Manchester called motor moment. Within the first six weeks of driving the car it was discovered by this diagnostic that the car needed an extensive amount of work doing which would simply cost more than the value of the vehicle itself. I was advised by members of staff including a lovely woman called Liv to take the car back to where I bought it as it was clearly sold to me in this awful condition. It has now been 12 months and after a long battle with court cases etc, the garage was ordered to give me my money back and only once received would they then be able to have the car back. This company is now harassing both myself and mersey tires as he believes he doesn’t need to obey the laws in this country and is clearly upset as he has been ordered to give me back my money. Mersey tires are a lovely and friendly garage who have nothing but the customers best interest in mind.”

“Took my BMW X3 to David Paul yesterday. The cigarette lighter connection wasn't working, my mobile phone wouldn't connect and the radio wasn't play. I was greeted at reception by Andrea who welcomed me and offered me coffee because I was waiting for the repair. Half an hour later, the mechanic Karl came in to tell me that he had replaced a fuse and all was now working. He then took me to my car and gave me a 15 minute tutorial on the apps that were connected to it and how to get the most from them. As he was replacing the covers which had to be removed I went to settle my account. NO CHARGE was the response. Magnificent customer service. Thank you David Paul and the team. See you again when my service is due.”
