“Cosy warm friendly welcome, popular with locals. Staffed by volunteers. Cakes are really yummy and are home made, and the prices are very reasonable. It is possible to go in by yourself, sit by the window and people watch.”

“Quirky coffee, cake and beer... And cards and wrapping paper. Always a few unusual beers, and I guess you could open a bottle of wine if you wanted!”
“A Hidden Gem with Delicious Breakfast and Charming Vibes We visited this lovely local café and were absolutely delighted! It's such a cute and cozy spot, perfect for a relaxing morning with family. The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, which made the experience even better. We ordered the mushroom with poached egg and the salmon with cream cheese scrambled eggs—both dishes were beautifully presented and absolutely delicious. You can really taste the high quality of the ingredients. The coffee was just as impressive—smooth, rich, and perfectly brewed. The café is located in a pleasant area, and the interior is tastefully decorated with a warm and inviting atmosphere. Everything felt thoughtful and well put together. A definite must-visit if you're in the area and love good food with great vibes!”

“A really nice cafe bar where we had Scouse, a potato ash stew with lovely fresh bread and butter, pickled beetroot and pickled red cabbage. The red cabbage was pretty awful but the rest was lovely, very tasty. Free parking and lots of space for the dog to have a run around,, we had a really lovely day here.”

“Small shop. Reasonable range of food and drink. I use this shop to top up, rather than doing my main shopping.”
