“I had to write a review because I was so impressed and grateful for the fantastic service I received today from Reece. It was first time in years I have booked a holiday and I was really anxious. I am so glad I went into the branch today as everyone was welcoming as soon as I got walked in. Reece was professional, patient and knowledgeable. He has helped me to find and secure a holiday with all the requirements I had. He matched the online price but also went above and beyond to help me navigate through everything. Reece was attentive, kind and really put me at ease. I wish I could explain how brilliant he was! “Fast service, all the staff are very kind and listen to what you ask for and try their best to accommodate you. They provide water or a hot drink if you would like one, and they are happy to help with whatever you need, e.g. provide a phone charger. My nails were done really well, i asked if they could do something similar to a reference photo i had and they did it perfectly, costing £45. I will definitely come back when I need infills doing!”

“A huge store full of cut price goods from high street names i.e M&S, Radley etc. Bedding, artwork, lighting, kitchenware. The Christmas range is gorgeous. Great cafe with hot and cold meals. Plenty of parking.”

“Very helpful and friendly staff. Store has a very good range of products filor it's size and conventional for local / everyday items. Parking can be restrictive at times and on-road parking is challenging. I like the fact that the store offers a Amazon drop-off.”

“I was a little bit dubious about it being a motorway hotel, and i was wrong. The hotel was bright and airy, the staff on reception were warm and welcoming. The rooms were clean and the beds were comfy and clean. There was a bath and shower Coffee and tea were available. The hotel was close enough to the services to have a walk there. I had taken the wrong charger for my phone. The receptionist was very helpful and let me borrow a charger. I didn't get her name but she was amazing. The hotel was busy but was quiet. Breakfast was available to purchase from the services. Thank you for a lovely stay. Highly recommended.”

“I got an IV drip done by Roma and she is absolutely amazing. Very friendly, a good chat, and she made sure I was always comfortable. Provided me with a bottle of water and snacks if needed. Very clean clean and well put together clinic. Highly recommend. My mum also came in and got a hydrofacial done by Leanne and when she was done with it my mum was over the moon and glowing with the results. Very happy and I’ll be back here again”

“I had a flat tyre that needed urgent replacement. Finding a replacement on the Formula One website was very easy and the price was very reasonable. I brought it in the same day and the replacement was done very quickly whilst I waited. I'm very happy with the purchase and service.”

“We have been using DM Tyres and Exhaust for all our cars, from servicing, tyres and the usual break downs. We can not recommend them highly enough, a genuine garage who have always done a first class job at a very reasonable price. They quoted for the job, then charged me less because the part was cheaper from another supplier. I think that says it all. Thanks so much your all stars.”

“I live about a mile from Roots,and drive and walk by regularly. But I never noticed it. Now, I call in quite regular for a cappuccino which is to die for. It is so creamy and tasty. It beats C@%&A and the like any day. I have never tried the food, but what I have seen looks very tasty. The staff are very polite and friendly. The premises is quite large, and there is a decent size room for private functions. The single use toilet is always very clean. There is parking to the front. All in all a great place for a meet up with friends for a catch up and a coffee and a snack. Opening times. Sunday closed. Monday to Friday 8am to 4pm. Saturday 9am to 2pm Closed Bank Holidays. Except school holidays. 9am to 2pm.”

“Karen who does the work is absolutely fantastic at what she does , she’s so gentle, caring and will always give you the best advice if your a first timer. I’ve been to Karen a few times now and she’s now my fairy lip mother. I wouldn’t go to anyone else! The results I come out with every time are just amazing!! Also can’t forget her receptionist as well. Such a sweetheart!!! Great service and would highly recommend!!”

“My son and I took part in a try dive session. The experience was amazing and we both loved it. All the club members were really helpful and friendly and put us at ease. They looked after us really well. Great kit available and excellent facilities. Would recommend and hopefully we'll be able to do some more diving in the future.”
