“I had to write a review because I was so impressed and grateful for the fantastic service I received today from Reece. It was first time in years I have booked a holiday and I was really anxious. I am so glad I went into the branch today as everyone was welcoming as soon as I got walked in. Reece was professional, patient and knowledgeable. He has helped me to find and secure a holiday with all the requirements I had. He matched the online price but also went above and beyond to help me navigate through everything. Reece was attentive, kind and really put me at ease. I wish I could explain how brilliant he was! Highly recommended if you need someone to help guide you when you have requirements as his knowledge was invaluable. A real credit to Tui and someone I will always go to for future bookings. “Got me in fairly quickly and although my car was a pain in the neck for them they didn't waste any time. Got the job done within the day and didn't grumble at me being impatient. Fitted me a new clutch kit and now the car feels brand new!”

“I live about a mile from Roots,and drive and walk by regularly. But I never noticed it. Now, I call in quite regular for a cappuccino which is to die for. It is so creamy and tasty. It beats C@%&A and the like any day. I have never tried the food, but what I have seen looks very tasty. The staff are very polite and friendly. The premises is quite large, and there is a decent size room for private functions. The single use toilet is always very clean. There is parking to the front. All in all a great place for a meet up with friends for a catch up and a coffee and a snack. Opening times. Sunday closed. Monday to Friday 8am to 4pm. Saturday 9am to 2pm Closed Bank Holidays. Except school holidays. 9am to 2pm.”

“Lovely lady helped me with finding clothes, there wasn’t any of the clothes I wanted so she recommended some shops despite not working at them. I only wish is that they had a wider range, but it’s good at what it is now!”
