I am so glad I went into the branch today as everyone was welcoming as soon as I got walked in. Reece was professional, patient and knowledgeable. He has helped me to find and secure a holiday with all the requirements I had. He matched the online price but also went above and beyond to help me navigate through everything. Reece was attentive, kind and really put me at ease. I wish I could explain how brilliant he was! “I live about a mile from Roots,and drive and walk by regularly. But I never noticed it. Now, I call in quite regular for a cappuccino which is to die for. It is so creamy and tasty. It beats C@%&A and the like any day. I have never tried the food, but what I have seen looks very tasty. The staff are very polite and friendly. The premises is quite large, and there is a decent size room for private functions. The single use toilet is always very clean. There is parking to the front. All in all a great place for a meet up with friends for a catch up and a coffee and a snack. Opening times. Sunday closed. Monday to Friday 8am to 4pm. Saturday 9am to 2pm Closed Bank Holidays. Except school holidays. 9am to 2pm.”
