She was great throughout the lockdown breaks making sure to inform me when the gym was open and how to go about booking classes and she’s always encouraging and supportive. She was great with my elderly mum when she joined the gym too, helping her figure out the booking system and guiding her through the class rota. If you’re thinking of joining you should ask for her.”
