“I’ve been using Chris for a number of years now and he's always been both accommodating (sometimes with little to no notice) and up front and charges fair prices for very good work. Wouldn’t consider anywhere else in the area.”
“This family run business provides excellent service every time. I'm in the taxi business and I need my vehicles on the road. Nothing has ever been too much trouble for the guys at Mold Tyres. They are honest and hardworking, and I'd happily recommend them to anyone.”
“I had found this garage first when having tyres done. I found the service and the speed excellent so I have taken my car back for an MOT and Service. Both times, excellent customer service, cost and speed. Would recommend even if like me, you're not from the local area. Good garages can be difficult to find but I do believe I have found one.”
“Great same day service. I was updated on the ongoing works by Kai. Couldn't fault the garage at all. Considering what they supplied to fix the problem, the bill was reasonable.”
“The service here is of the best of any business that I have ever encountered. Brisk, friendly and professional. Satisfying their customers concerns and doing a good job seems to be their primary ambition”
“I got recommended this garage and I am beyond satisfied by the high level of customer service, helpfulness and fitting me in at short notice (due to my car failing its MOT). Reasonable prices too -Rebecca”
“Really good place to go for your car, service and mot, really great bunch of people, especially Dewi”
“Fantastic garage,John's very helpful and prices are very fair,”
“I cannot recommend the team at FMG enough, going the extra mile with advice and helping me to get my car fixed before my MOT expired. Lovely to be greeted with friendly faces. The biggest thank you, in particular to Tony and Kev for being so kind!”
“Probably the best garage in the area, always fits me in at short notice, extremely well priced and friendly staff.”
“Great place . Friendly staff . Has everything u need ( depending what u want) very polite and can get busy”
“On my travels from Derbyshire to Mold today, I discovered that I’d picked up a nail in my tyre. A great service from the guys at the garage who managed to squeeze me in and sort my tyre for me, allowing me to travel back home safely. Would highly recommended.”
“John and Chris salvaged our holiday by quickly sourcing and fitting a brake caliper for our old Renault Espace. This got us back on the road again so we could venture out into North Wales and get home to Nottinghamshire safely. I would certainly recommend this garage to anyone and wish they were on my doorstep.”
“Just had springs and dampers changed on my aging fiat (23 yrs old.!!) it now drives better than ever and doesn’t rattle my teeth as I go over potholes, great job as always and fantastic service especially as parts were not easy to find. Thanks”
“I recently bought a Ford Capri after searching for the right one for a number of years. I needed to find a classic car specialist who could provide servicing and repair work and who would look after the Capri In every respect. After a lot of research I was recommended to use John Woods Motorcare. I gave him a call and John booked me in for a full safety check and my list of repairs I wanted him to sort out. After having the work done to a high standard I was very satisfied with the service provided by John and his whole team. They are a great bunch of lads and have an extensive knowledge of classic cars. They have a passion for the work they do and are very friendly to boot. I would have no hesitation in recommending John to any classic car owner who wants their car looking after properly. He will go out of his way to make sure you are happy.. what a contrast to the usual main dealer approach to service. His team will be caring for my Capri from now on. Thank you John your passion and efforts are much appreciated. Sean.”
“Bought a couple of the WPKT2 kits for my spare room. Good quality kits, so easy to put together. My room is just over 4m so got in touch with Cheshire Moulding to see if they had any offcuts of the capping mould - Grace very helpfully managed to find a spare piece and got it shipped out to me so I could complete my project. Thank you so much for going above and beyond expectations - really appreciated!”
“I gained a 2:1 in Electrical and Electronic Engineering here. Good course with great tutors. Like everything in life, the more you put in the more you get out. I got involved with the Guild of Students (students union), which put me in contact with students from across the whole university. In my final year I had a serious illness and was given a leave of absence and allowed to repeat the year at no extra cost. Support and assistance was always available and if you didn't know from where you could just drop into the Guild's offices and ask. At the start of the course you are told to read the regulations and assessment criteria for your programme, many students don't and that's why they are taken by surprise by some rules. Most assessments have two opportunities to pass but sometimes they don't or the student runs out of time. That is the regulations state that the course must be completed including all assessments within so many years of enrollment, normally it's twice as long as the course, so a three year degree must be completed within six years. I sat on the Appeals committee as a student representative, it's surprising how many students run out the clock. One took six years on their first year and was asking for an extension of another six years, hoping to complete level 4 the following year. Unfortunately, the maximum time limit is a regulation set in stone and although we could allow them time to complete the course the fees would apply for every year, a degree could not be awarded if they passed.”
“As being disabled I live across the road from the medical centre so it's helpful to me”
“Ordered and paid for a garden shed, unfortunately the order was missed, I appreciate mistakes happen and I reiterated my understanding to the person I dealt with on the phone. Hovevew I found the customer service to be very rare in excellence, the issue was resolved quickly and they were apologetic. I will use this company again that's for sure.”
