Both David and Emma have been extremely calming and reassuring throughout any treatment that I've had from either of them. My most recent visit was for a check-up with Emma and she was just as amazing as always. She was very attentive, frequently checking in to make sure I was comfortable, especially with my neck. I've had a bad experience with being given anaesthetic in the past (not @ 183!!), but David really took the time to walk me through the procedure while numbing my mouth, making sure I felt no pain whatsoever. The atmosphere in the waiting room and the surgeries is always quiet and tranquil, which really helps ease any nerves if you're a nervous patient.
