Arrived just after opening at 8am with about a dozen people before me, spoke to a lovely receptionist who took all my details then asked me to wait in waiting area. I was triaged within 20 minutes and then called to see the nurse practitioner about 30 minutes later who confirmed tonsillitis and sent a prescription to my local chemist. Excellent service by really caring staff. Never once did they make me feel as though I should not have been there. Very grateful to them for looking after me so quickly.”
