“Alec initially carried out a repair to our boiler at short notice to restore pressure before changing a faulty diverter valve which had been plaguing us for some time. We cannot recommend ATB enough, Alec bucks the trend in terms of service by tradesmen. Polite, friendly, knowledgable and above all a great communicator. Kept us updated on all aspects of the job including the delivery of our needed part. He turned up as promised on two occasions on time and delivered the work to our agreed budget.
