“My daughter attends The Dan Tien and thoroughly enjoys the chance to learn new skills, make friends and grow in confidence. In a world where there can be so much pressure on young people, it's great to be able to send her to such a warm and creative environment. Great for physical and emotional health. Teachers are awesome. High standard of performance all round”

    Tinky's Day Nursery

    ★★★★☆ 4.7
    Open

“I could not recommend Tinkys nursery more! My daughter has been attending since age 1 and almost 3 now . From social development to academic development, my daughter has made excellent progress in her learning and social skills . Their attention to detail is next to none and they really do keep track of all activities/events each day to report to you on email and collection of your child. The freshly made nutritious meals are just another bonus. The staff are warm, friendly and approachable and my daughter is happy to see them when I drop her off and I know that she’s had a good day when I collect her as she chats about what she’s been up to. She has thrived since starting Tinkys and made special bonds with her peers and care givers . I feel confident leaving her with the lovely team knowing that she’ll have a great day and will be well cared for and treated as an individual.”

    Inclusive Multi Academy Trust

    ★★★★★ 5
    Open

““Inspiring our children and community to be the very best that they can be!” As a Trustee I feel really privileged and proud to be involved in this journey. “Inclusive” is not only our name but core to everything we do to help our community fulfil the hopes and dreams of our children. Every day our 3 Watford primary schools – Beechfield, Cherry Tree and Laurance Haines work closely together to create great opportunities which inspire our pupils to learn and develop skills to adapt and succeed in our ever changing world. Each school is very much a part of the local community with its own distinct characteristics and curriculum –we don’t believe that one size fits all but a nurturing philosophy underlines everything we do. As part of a group of schools we provide opportunities for our children to participate and share in exciting projects across the schools – whether sporting, outdoors or creative - for example our art display in Watford Museum or the more recent song written and performed to celebrate and thank Covid-19 key workers. Supporting our people to succeed is a core belief and strength – we are lucky to include former pupils among our teaching staff! Working together enables the sharing and development of best practice whilst addressing workload too. Good career progression is available across the Trust schools. “if you want to go fast, go alone. Little hearts pre-school

    ★★★★★ 5
    Open

“Little Hearts Preschool is absolutely outstanding! Within just a few weeks, I noticed a huge positive change in my son’s confidence, happiness, and manners — he genuinely looks forward to going every day. The staff are professional, caring, and go above and beyond to create a warm, supportive environment. Having previously used local childminders, I can honestly say that the level of care, structure, and learning opportunities at Little Hearts are on a completely different standard. The environment is nurturing, stimulating, and well-organised, and the staff are well-mannered, highly trained and genuinely care about each child’s individual needs and progress. I also love that they use the Tapestry app to share updates and photos — it gives parents real peace of mind. The difference compared to childminders settings is remarkable. My only regret is not sending my older son here. The Little Hearts team is simply outstanding, and I’m so grateful for the support, care, and encouragement they have given my child — truly an amazing preschool!”

    Knutsford Primary Academy

    ★★★☆☆ 3.8
    Open

“I went here years ago as a kid and honestly? I'm super glad I went here. My secondary school experience was horrible and I barely learnt anything, but thanks to this school I had a base knowledge and understanding on how to deal with certain things. The students in my class were lovely too (from my memory) and the teachers were really good at their job. I know if I went to another primary school my experiences that I had would have been drastically different so I'm seriously grateful that the staff that worked here did such a great job. From my memory they also had a good choice of after-school clubs and my sister (who also went here) was in one of them. I'm doing a Level 3 Diploma now in college and I feel like I owe this school a thank you and I don't know how else to do that other than write a review. So thank you! I'd imagine the school has changed a lot since I've been here (since it was around 6-5ish years ago) but I'd also assume that it's still the same in a weird way. I recommend sending your children here, I really do.”
