“Broke down in Chorleywood stranded with no help. Called Brino recovery and he was there and quick to help recover me to safety. He took my car to a garage of my choice and was friendly and polite to deal with. Would definitely recommend to use”

“The people that work here genuinely care for people but it isn't enough it similar in the end goal agenda to Lotus in terms of finances. The drug and alcohol team in Merton get funded by the counsil not the NHS and thus The Sunshine Recovery Cafe does however theres a much darker agenda behind the cafe then meets the eye. When this place first opened the CDaARS was under the mental health service and they were claiming they being "(SWLSTG) MHT" the allowance from the counsil I assume in the bounds of probability that SWLSTG knew they would not accept the renewed contract from the counsil(this is when WDP now VIA took over) on the balance of probability bearing in mind it was around six months before. So whilst under the MHT they opened the SRC with malace aforethought that they were going to send patients from the community mental health team to lighten they case load and offer a "option" weather it's any good a helping the mentally impaired is a different story bearing in mind you have to be four weeks sober to enter the SRC but it still comes under the remit of the merton drug and alcohol funds. But the only people benefiting from it are the mental health teams practically fobbing people off telling suicidal people to try SRC and people with other mental health problems, this place has no doctor or nurses and is not a clinical setting. And now the NOW called IHR is a separate entity from SRC and VIA they still continually refuse patients with dual diagnoses and refer to drug and alcohol. This place was built on the premises that SWLSTG would not renew the contract for CDaARS but they only surveyed people with long standing mental health problems beforehand in conquest of finding out if the MH community is for it not the Drug and Alcohol who have to deal with mental illness day in day out when mental health really don't care in my experience. "If you want kill your pop down the recovery cafe" or "if you want to kill yourself you have capacity your free to do it" those are the comments I've heard in my time and reported from other people (yes MH patients are people to).”

“I spent 2 weeks at the priory on the general ward. My whole experience was great and I cannot thank everyone who works there enough for helping me feel better. Rooms: the rooms are lovely and spacious, I had a gorgeous view of the grounds. Rooms are cleaned everyday with fresh towels and bedding once a week. Meals: all food is tasty with loads of different options at breakfast lunch & dinner Staff: from my very first conversation with Lillian in the admissions team to every staff member on the ward - everyone I encountered at the priory was friendly, helpful and most of all incredibly caring. The staff work very hard and long hours so I am very grateful for their help. Special thanks to Lenny for helping with my additional requests :) Therapy classes: the sessions were the best part of my stay. The therapy team must work very hard to make each session different and informative. When I arrived, I was assessed by the therapy team who then gave me a timetable of classes most suitable to the problems I was dealing with - the personal touches on this programme really helped me. Doctors: I already had contact with my consultant before I was inpatient but I was greeted by another doctor when I arrived - I felt incredibly safe and looked after every time I spoke to doctors on the ward. We had a very clear goal we'd set together and I also felt very comfortable with my discharge when I left. I am so glad I chose to come to the north London priory, after years trying to deal with this through the NHS, I am so grateful I had the opportunity to be inpatient at the priory as it truly changed my life!!”
“The addiction therapy program at the Priory Roehampton is outstanding. A mix of workshops and group therapy led by excellent, seasoned therapists, offers a transformational experience that can deliver lasting recovery. The outpatient step down program facilitates deeper, more intense work with smaller groups of peers. Highly recommended.”
“I never review anything but had to after Imran fit me in for an urgent, same day, at home appointment within an hour of finding him online yesterday. I was experiencing serve sciatic pain and he came and got straight to work (Other people I called said I needed a consultation first) I went from a 11 out of 10 pain level to a 4 out of 10 by time he left. He sent some additional info via WhatsApp after the session and checked in on me again today (who even does that in this day and age?!) Today the pain has peaked at a 5 out of 10 which he said was to be expected because of the severity of my issue but its eases with the additional exercises he sent me to do after the session which is great as I want to avoid taking pain relief if I can help it. He said I shouldn’t need another session if I continue with the aftercare but he’ll be the first person I call if I do get that level of pain again.”

“I was struggling with chronic pain and migraines following whiplash injury for over 4 years. I’ve seen many physiotherapists, neurologists, and other doctors with little results. I have significantly reduced my physical activities trying to avoid the pain. I had 10 sessions with Louise and the chronic pain is gone and I was able to come back to ALL physical activities. She was very kind and understanding and effectively led me through her program to get rid of chronic pain. She provided me with tools and techniques and supported quicker recovery using hypnotherapy. I’m beyond grateful to her and I finally have my life back after 4 years. As part of the sessions I have also been able to deal with some other past issues and I feel more resilient than ever before. I would highly recommend working with Louise.”
