“I believe if you have all the documents in place and have booked your spot then the crew in any NSL site is obligated to issue you the licence unless and until you ask for something which is not in their capacity to give, I went there on 25th Oct 18, my car was Euro 6 specs but I did not have a letter or certificate from Manufacturer. The supervisor told me about it and he cant issue my the licence and advised my what to do. I came back with the Euro 6 Compliant Letter from Manufacturer and my licence was issued straight away. I didn't observe any bad customer service or any disrespectful behaviour. They were just doing their job as it should be dome. I am though little generous by giving five star but i do believe they deserved better than 4 stars that's why I gave 5 starts. I was happy with their overall service”
