This studio provides a welcoming space for the local community to explore the art of pole fitness. The academy offers pole dance and fitness classes catering to all abilities, from absolute beginners to advanced levels. Instruction includes technical pole moves, strength building, and flexibility training. Students have the opportunity to learn for fun or progress toward competitive pole performance.

I asked the lady at reception if the centre had a religious room. She was a little unhelpful and abrupt with an immediate no without apology. Not long after an absolute lovely gentleman by the name of Joe asked if I just needed a room which I replied yes he then guided me to a back room that had very dim beautiful lighting and only housed a ping pong table.
