They have been there for me for emergency situations, they came out promptly last Christmas when I had a boiler leak, and a recent visit from Daniel (Ground) to detect a leak has confirmed to me that this will always be my "go-to" plumbing and heating company. Daniel was polite and respectful and found the source of the problem efficiently. He took off his boots before coming into my flat, and listened to my concerns.
