Café atmosphere in Uxbridge

“This board game cafe is always so pleasant to visit! It has a nice intimate feel with a very wide selection of games. My friends and I stayed for 3 hours and got drinks, each spending around £10. We didn’t try the food. They offer student and NHS discount. They gave two small toilets, but one of them doesn’t lock fully. Will come back!”

“My experiences at the Rusty Bike Cafe are BLISSFUL. The food is absolutely DELICIOUS (I recommend the soup with fresh Artisan bread) and the prices are remarkably reasonable (£4 for a generous quantity). The employees are all volunteers and are incredibly sweet. It is nice to sit outside in the summer and inside during the winter. Guaranteed you will leave with a happy belly and a smile on your face.”

“This cafe carefully provides the very best tasting English Breakfast I have ever experienced. The presentation of which wouldn't be out of place in the best restaurants. They really care about their customers with happy smiling staff who take pride in every aspect of what they do. The cafe is immaculately clean and the prices are excellent value for money. “Visited Bertram’s today with my friend for a light lunch. We both had tea and the most delicious Polish apple cake and custard. The garden centre is lovely but I’d visit again just for the pie!”

“Small, very casual spot. I had the duck bao combo plate, which includes green salad and sweet potato fries. Service was prompt, food was delicious. Cafe conveniently located few minutes walk from Uxbridge Tube station.”

“Great music, great atmosphere. For a blackman I did not feel out of place at all with my Serb wife. People from the Balkans are completely different from white brits. Much friendlier and welcoming.”

“I visit this lovely cafe once a year because it is just down the road from where I get my car serviced and mot’d. They open at 8.30 (ish) and let me sit in until my car is ready - which is very kind of them. They also serve a really nice breakfast baguette and keep the tea coming. They are very friendly and helpful.”
